Shipping Policy
ShopGuardium is committed to providing efficient, reliable, and transparent shipping services for all customers. This Shipping Policy outlines our order processing procedures, delivery methods, and responsibilities regarding shipments.
1. Shipping Coverage
ShopGuardium ships to all provinces and territories within Canada as well as internationally.
Please note that certain international destinations may be subject to carrier restrictions or customs limitations.
ShopGuardium does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
2. Order Processing
All orders are processed on the same business day when received before [insert daily cut-off time, e.g., 3:00 PM EST].
Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once processed, a shipping confirmation and tracking number will be issued via email.
3. Shipping Methods and Carriers
ShopGuardium partners with the following carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery:
UPS, Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, USPS, and DHL.
At present, only standard shipping services are offered. Expedited and overnight delivery options are not available.
4. Shipping Fees

Free Shipping: Orders totaling CAD $75 or more (before taxes) qualify for free standard shipping.

Calculated Shipping: Orders below this threshold will incur a shipping fee automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination, carrier, and package weight.
5. Order Tracking
Upon shipment, customers will receive an automated email containing the tracking number and carrier link. This enables real-time monitoring of the shipment’s progress.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments
In the event that an order arrives damaged or fails to arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, customers must contact ShopGuardium within seven (7) days of the delivery date or expected delivery date.
Eligible claims will be processed in the form of a replacement shipment. ShopGuardium reserves the right to request supporting documentation, including photographs of the damaged product and packaging, to validate the claim.
Claims submitted after the seven-day period may not qualify for replacement.
7. International Shipments and Customs
For international orders, customers are solely responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by their local authorities.
ShopGuardium is not responsible for shipping delays or additional charges resulting from customs inspections or import regulations.
8. Preorders and Backorders
For items designated as preorder or backorder, customers will receive an email notification once the product becomes available for shipment.
Estimated availability dates are provided for reference only and are subject to change based on supplier and logistical conditions.
